CHALLENGE
In preparation for a 2x scale in the workforce and 5x in volume, the construction and engineering department at a national telecommunications company sought to better understand roadblocks that hindered growth, engagement, and scalability.


SOLUTION
Established an organization readiness framework using employee feedback across people, processes, and technology programs.


RESULTS
The multi-year framework branded PRIMED TO WIN, resulted in increased employee engagement ratings – a 10-point increase lead across its parent organization and six points ahead of the enterprise.

CHALLENGE

Outside Plant Construction (OSP), a construction and engineering department within a national telecommunications company, sought to dispel an organizational myth that OSP doesn’t drive company revenue while also celebrating employee contributions.


SOLUTION

A branded, enterprise-wide storytelling campaign, spanning from C-level to frontline employees, sharing the end-to-end story of OSP championed by leaders.


RESULTS

Leaders were equipped to champion the campaign at all levels of the organization – in meetings, an all-employee town hall, customized region-specific emails, infographics and videos – with a robust toolkit featuring talking points, templates and department-wide stats.
